We use Shopee Express for all our local deliveries across Singapore.

All orders are processed within 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges
We totally get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right (little ones grow way too fast 🥲), so here’s how we handle it:
Exchanges (Sizing Issues) 👕
Wrong size? No worries, we’ve got you.
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Simply drop us a message with your order number and the size you’d like instead
All exchanges will be done in person at our warehouse.
Refunds (Defective Items Only) 🛠️
We take quality seriously (and defects are super rare!),
but if something slipped through:
- Email us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number + clear photos of the defect
- Once verified, we’ll arrange your refund accordingly
